Bedford Borough Council actively encourages its Parks to be used for events and other community activities to ensure that there is plenty to see and do in Bedford.

If you wish to organise an event in one of the parks, below is what we call our parks pack which contains all the information which you will need to know, including our terms and conditions and some guides to help get you started on your risk assessment.  Please note that all events must carry their own Public Liability Insurance.
